Our VNST team consists of individuals with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of blockchain. We are committed to creating a stable and secure financial system for everyone, and we believe that the development of VNST, a decentralised stablecoin, will make a positive contribution to the blockchain financial industry, assisting in the establishment of an equitable and transparent financial system not only in Vietnam but also in the global financial market.
Giap Van Dai, Project Owner
Responsible for the strategy, vision, and operational execution of the VNST project, Mr. Dai brings over two decades of experience in software engineering, with significant contributions to major corporations such as FPT Telecom. In addition to his leadership role, he is also the founder and CEO of Nami Foundation and Nami Exchange.
Nguyen Minh Chau, Tech Leader
Leads the VNST engineering team, with over a decade of expertise in PHP, NodeJS, Python, C#, and ReactJS, proficient in both frontend and backend development. Mr. Chau's experience spans diverse projects across various domains, including blockchain, fintech, and POD.
Pham Hieu Minh, Project Leader
Managing, developing, and directly collaborating with project partners. With experience and knowledge in the blockchain industry, Mr. Minh ensures that the project maintains transparency, stability, and strong development. Moreover, he serves as a performance evaluator, supporting the VNST team in its growth and fostering effective partnerships with the community and partners, thereby driving the project towards further development and success.
Nguyen Ngoc Lam Giang, Growth Manager
Responsible for directing and managing the development strategy for VNST, with many years of experience in organisations and communities in the blockchain industry. Giang devises effective marketing strategies, monitors strategy performance, and adapts quickly to changes in the blockchain environment.
Pham Hoang Minh, Business Development
Strategist and planner for business development and expansion. Responsible for market research, relationship building, seeking new opportunities, and shaping marketing strategies to achieve growth goals for VNST. Additionally, it provides regular consultation and performance evaluation to ensure the success and sustainability of business development strategies.
Nguyen Thi Hang Nga, Advisor (SCI Labs Manager)
Provides in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of blockchain from the SCI Labs team. Acts as an advisor, offering ideas to shape the development direction of VNST and methods to address strategic challenges. Additionally, Ms. Nga assists VNST in expanding relationships with the community, partners, and other stakeholders, enhancing VNST's credibility, and attracting investments and community interest.
